Introduction

BankiFi provides solutions to banks and financial institutions that make small business banking better. They'd developed a new mobile app for SMEs to streamline invoicing and enable instant payment.

Problem

The app needed a name, an identity, and a launch campaign that could cut through a crowded fintech market and drive sign-ups through the Co-operative Bank.

Approach

We built the brand from the ground up — coining the name, creating a recognisable identity, and developing a positioning built around simplicity, modernity, and trust. The three things SME owners care about when it comes to financial tools.

A launch campaign across OOH and digital channels brought the brand to market with immediate visibility and clear messaging around the core benefit: invoicing made simple. Every asset was designed to drive sign-ups directly, with a clear conversion path through the Co-op Bank's channels.
