Brand health check

Introducing PulseChecker™

A 45-minute brand health diagnostic.
Structured, scored, and built to show you where to push next.

What is it?

Most brand and marketing leaders have a strong instinct for how their brand is performing. The problem is that instinct is subjective. It doesn't hold up when you need to set priorities, justify investment, or get a wider team aligned.

PulseChecker™ turns that instinct into something structured. In about the time it takes to grab lunch, we run your brand through an audit across 11 commercial dimensions — positioning, identity, audience, content, commerce, retention, the lot. While we talk, the tool pulls live signals from Reddit, Trustpilot, Google

Trends and more, and cross-references everything against sector benchmarks. You leave with a score, a benchmark, and a clear view of what to fix first.

Why instinct isn't enough

Instinct gets you to "something's not working". It doesn't get you to a decision.

When you're choosing where next year's budget goes, making the case for a rebrand to a sceptical board, or trying to get a marketing team pulling in one direction, a gut feeling isn't enough to act on — and it's almost impossible to defend. "I think our positioning is soft" loses every argument to "the numbers look fine to me."

A score changes the conversation. When positioning comes back at 41 against a sector benchmark of 55, it stops being a matter of opinion and becomes a matter of action. You can see which dimensions are dragging, how far below par they sit, and which single one to fix first.

That's the difference between sensing something's wrong and being able to do something about it.

The eleven dimensions

PulseChecker scores your brand across eleven connected dimensions, grouped under the three pillars that shape everything we do — Shift, Engage and Convert. Scores are generated from your questionnaire responses, your website data, and public sentiment signals, then benchmarked against typical ranges for your sector.

Shift
Identify, Strategy, Identity
Engage
Content, Social & Campaigns
Convert
Commerce, Retention & Paid
Five brand success factors: Positioning, Identity, Messaging, Trust, and Competitive Position explained in text.
List of four brand focus areas: Audience clarity, storytelling, channel strategy, and community sentiment.
Text about topics commerce and conversion, and brand vs performance balance in marketing.

Each dimension gets a score out of 100, a benchmark showing the typical range for comparable brands, and a short, specific read on what the score means. The eleven roll up into three pillar scores and a single overall brand-health score, with one pillar flagged as the focus area needing the most urgent attention.
